Walter joined Church Street Home Repair in 2012. Walter has extensive project management experience from working in the telecommunications field for over 15 years. He brings organization, planning and timely execution to every Church Street Home Repair job. As an Atlanta native, Walter knows the local area market well. Walter received his BA from Presbyterian College in History. He currently lives in the city of Decatur. His hobbies include beekeeping and running the Tanyard Creek Community Garden. He always looks forward to spending free time in his north Georgia mountain cabin.

Barbara came to Ritan Property Group with over 20 years of experience running the office of a home building and remodeling company. Having handled those varied accounting and administrative tasks, along with her extracurricular study of database design and management, her experiences combine to make her ideally suited for managing the heavily digitized financial recordkeeping needs of Ritan Property Group and Church Street Home Repair.

Ritan Property Group does not engage in real estate sales. We do, however, work closely with real estate agents who specialize in representing investor buyers. Contact us and we will refer you to an agent who knows the market and has experience working with investors.
