Over twenty years of experience in the operation, maintenance, acquisition, test and evaluation, and management aspects of submarines and submarine weapons, sonar and combat control systems. Over twenty years of experience in DoD Acquisition implementing and supervising the development, conduct, analysis, and reporting of formal US Navy operational test and evaluation associated with numerous Navy and/or Joint-Service weapon systems.

Juergen has over 45 years of professional experience in DoD/Navy programs and project management and warfare analysis. He has extensive experience in operational system employment, the development of advanced concepts and concepts of operations, and the conduct of warfare and systems analysis. He has served on the staff of an operational command and has developed operational guidelines for most major submarine and surface ship sonar systems.
