Members of the management team have held significant positions of responsibility in major aerospace firms and completion centers throughout the world. The team are highly experienced (average: 20 years) Engineers and Project Managers that have successfully managed, designed and certified the following products for multiple aircraft platforms: aircraft modifications, interior completions, primary & secondary structural designs, avionics and Cabin Management System (CMS) upgrades. The team is also experienced with providing installation and manufacturing liaison support. – We take a leadership role to provide our customers with the most comprehensive Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and FAA Certification services available in the marketplace today. Our staff consists of certified Project Management Professionals certified by the Project Management Institute. -Engineering Design and System Integration – Our team of experienced professionals support customer programs from conception to completion and provide all required support and documentation as required. Our engineering offerings include aircraft modification design, interior completion & modification design support, primary & secondary structural design and analysis, avionics & CMS upgrades, mechanical systems design & modification. -FAA Certification Support – Based on our leadership team long-term relationship with FAA representatives, Rite Tech Resources will obtain the required FAA personnel (Designated Engineering Representative DER, Designated Airworthiness Representative DAR) as required to support all aspects of the engineering, manufacturing, and installation conformities. We have our own FAA DER’s on staff. -Manufacturing – With our partnerships and good relationships in the manufacturing industry, we are able to provide complete parts fabrication and system kits with required conformities. -Technical Publications – Updates to technical publications documents, i.e. Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Wiring Diagram Manual (WDM), Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM). -On Site Installation Support – Our engineering staff will follow through with the design and liaison activities for the installation onto the aircraft. This effort will ensure that the engineering design documents are accurate and complete, the system is safe and that all FAA regulations have been followed and documented. -Rite Tech Resources - Is a provider of high quality services and products with reasonable costs.
