Levy Principal, President, Riverside Properties Mark Levy has more than thirty years of experience providing comprehensive real estate services to financial institutions, the real estate industry, and individual investors. He guides Riverside Properties in the acquisition of specially selected properties with the goals of creating and adding value. The result—their acquisitions have always resulted in a positive return on investment. As President, Mark instills in the Riverside Properties management team a sense of responsibility to client needs and the motivation needed to produce excellent results. Mark began his real estate career in 1978, co-founding M&M Condominiums in Brookline, MA. In 1989, he established a division of Brenner Associates (also in Brookline) to provide real estate services and manage troubled real estate assets for banks, other financial institutions, and private investors. Mark merged Brenner Associates with Fairmark Company in 1992 to create Riverside Properties. Mark Levy received his BA from Northeastern University in Boston. He is a licensed real estate broker and a designated Realtor. He was also a practicing real estate appraiser from 1978 to 1988. He serves on the Environmental, Public Affairs, and Golf committees of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Mark is Treasurer of Jewish Family and Children’s Services, Boston, where he also chairs the finance committee and serves on the executive committee.
