For over 30 years Ramtech Building Systems has not only acted as a design-build construction company for education, healthcare, commercial, and government applications, we also regularly team with outside architectural firms by acting in various roles depending upon the project delivery method that is being utilized. While there is no perfect building system or contractual approach, more architectural firms are now discovering the benefits of working with Ramtech and our Accelerated Building System permanent modular construction method in order to meet their client’s needs.

For over 30 years Ramtech has provided schools throughout the southwest with portable classroom buildings . Typically Ramtech keeps over 50 two-classroom buildings (often referred to as double classrooms or portables) both with and without restrooms in inventory for immediate delivery to public, private, and charter schools.

For over 30 years, Ramtech has utilized modular construction to provide affordable, high quality facilities ranging in size from 1,000 to 150,000 square feet for education, healthcare, government, and commercial users throughout the southwest. Our modular buildings fall into three distinct categories with price points designed to accommodate a variety of needs.

While Ramtech Building Systems is a design-build construction company that owns and operates a commercial modular manufacturing plant, we often team with other companies in the pursuit of specific construction jobs. Ramtech has been in business for over 30 years and during that time has successfully completed over 3,000 projects for the federal and local government, Fortune 500, healthcare, oil & gas, and education markets.

Recently, Ramtech Building Systems celebrated a major milestone: we manufactured our 16,000th modular building section. Founded in 1982 as a trailer leasing company that purchased modular buildings from wholesale manufacturers, Ramtech opened its own manufacturing facility in Mansfield, Texas in 1985. It has since manufactured both temporary and permanent modular buildings for commercial, industrial, educational, medical, and government applications.
