The mission of the company is to provide superior service and quality of construction to the purchaser of a custom residence. David Robertson, a lifelong resident of Brevard County, is the founder and president of Robertson Construction. Dave holds a degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and is licensed as a Certified General Contractor. His personal experience includes construction management of projects exceeding $4 million in construction budget. Since 1992, Dave has been developing the company by working with leading architects and construction professionals on each homebuilding project. All projects use state of the art advances in home entertainment, lighting, wall and roof construction. Dave keeps abreast of these new techniques by attending frequent construction seminars and continuing education training courses. Robertson Construction is fully licensed and bonded as a contractor, and has recently expanded their base of operations to include commercial projects and multifamily construction. About Our Custom Homes Robertson Construction custom homes have been designed and built in all areas of Brevard County, and focus on the specific needs of individual homeowners. Homes include individual detailing and design to suit the personal styles of each homeowner. As part of the experience, considerable time is spent with the homeowner planning and budgeting before construction begins.
