Debbie Gezon is a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office and her practice is focused on real estate and real estate finance. Ms. Gezon has extensive experience in many types of affordable housing and lending transactions, including construction and permanent financing transactions, tax-exempt bond transactions, tax credit transactions, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan and credit enhancement transactions, AHP loan transactions, 236 decoupling transactions, and other government-subsidized programs. Ms. Gezon also has extensive experience in commercial leasing and property sale transactions.

The Stamford office is seeking a full-time Business Development & Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment to join our Business Development & Marketing team. This position will assist with business development and marketing efforts for assigned practice groups firm wide and in support of the Metro New York offices (Stamford and New York City). Responsibilities will include assisting with developing and maintaining marketing collateral, practice area capability statements, web content, and proposal contents.
