The SBDC offers at no cost, confidential consulting to help businesses in SE Minnesota identify, understand and overcome the challenges of starting a business, running a successful business, and developing exit strategies. We provide the professional expertise and guidance that every small business owner needs to flourish in today's competitive and ever-changing business world. We do not lend money to small businesses, however we work with the business owners and financial institutions to prepare documentation that lenders require for business loans.

Our mission is to provide accessible, affordable, quality educational opportunities in a safe and caring environment to a diverse pre-K-12 youth population.

The Rochester Community and Technical College Foundation Board of Directors thanks its donors for supporting the effort to provide persons the opportunity to advance their education. Scholarships are important because they act as an incentive to attract or retain top quality students in our community. Many of these students want the advantage of attending a small school capable of providing individual attention. A significant number are non-traditional students, looking to expand their opportunities and abilities with additional education. Others are seeking certification or training to enter the workforce with a marketable skill.
