Rock Mills Enterprises is an independently-owned company located in the heart of America, and is founded on home town values. Company founder Dave Roberts was formerly employed in the wastewater industry for over 25 years. It was during that time when he formed his initial ideas of a mechanical manhole cover lifter. His goal was to develop a tool that would save him and his coworkers time, and lessen wear and tear to the body.
