While our background comes from the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, our interest in technology sets us apart from others who share our roots. We understand that technology is changing the entire hiring paradigm and it is our mission to help ensure that properly deployed screening and assessment tools become an integral part of these changes. To this end we have worked with job boards, ATS vendors, and assessment vendors to help them incorporate screening and assessment into their vision for the future. We firmly believe that this direction represents a tremendous source of value for all parties involved in the hiring process, including the job seeker.Rocket-Hire is also the only source of expert, objective information about the online screening and assessment marketplace. We are not affiliated with any vendors so we are able to focus on helping our clients find the best tool for their needs, instead of the tool that will give us the biggest kick-back.Our philosophy is that there is no one best screening/assessment vendor, rather vendor selection should be driven by match between the needs of the customer and the products and services of the vendor. Our work is also guided by the idea that our services are a profit center rather than a cost center. We work with our clients to help them build a solid business case for the strategic use of technology related staffing tools.
