Rodolfo Valentin is an award-winning hairdresser known for his work in the salons of both Europe and America. His clientele include models, actresses, athletes and even royalty. Rodolfo began working in his native Buenos Aires, Argentina. His parents had hoped he would become a plastic surgeon. Instead, he followed his dream of being a hairdresser. He became, as he calls it, “a plastic surgeon for hair.” As word of his artistry spread, his parents became extremely proud of his success.Work at an upscale salon soon led to regular appearances as a stylist on a television series. His work took him to Paris, where he quickly became the premier hairdresser for haute couture fashion shows, film stars and the aristocracy. Seeking a less hectic lifestyle, he came to the United States 20 years ago and opened his Rodolfo Valentin Salon & Spa.Once in America, Rodolfo Valentin has been the hair designer winner of the USA National Grand Design Award and winner of the Italian, Hair Coloring Techniques - Award.His unique, and one-of-a-kind experience Day Spa destination in Long Island, and his Manhattan Private ATELIER FOR HAIR onthe fashionable Madison Avenue reflects his distinctive talent and world's style, with the support of his talented and reliable family staff-team.Rodolfo has the warmest of feelings for his clients. “They are my friends,” he says. “I am happy to share in their lives.”
