Join the Roers Team! Roers Construction, one of North Dakota’s premier construction companies, is looking for experienced CONCRETE FINISHERS. We are looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals that have experience in form setting, flatwork and operating a power trowel. Two years of experience is preferred, but not required. Willingness to travel is required (will return home from out of town jobs every weekend and will be compensated). Wage depends on experience. A pre-employment drug test is required.

We specialize in design/build services, which incorporate our development team to lead a project from conception through completion. We can function independently as a general contractor to bring your existing plans to life, and we also maintain an active presence in the regional bid market. However you plan to use our construction services, Roers has the staff and experience to get the job done right.

Deb Wendel Daub joined Roers in 2007 and is a registered architect in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. She has a working knowledge of international and local codes and is able to identify issues that can influence decisions at the project onset. Deb also has the unique ability and creativity to develop a project vision and carry the vision through to completion. Whether using a design-build or design-award-build project format, she has significant experience in commercial and mixed-use projects. Deb's past experience includes nine years with R.L. Engebretson PC in Fargo.

Larry Nygard joined Roers in 2007, bringing with him a wide variety of development experience in commercial and residential developments, residential and multi-family home construction, and commercial buildings. In addition to his role as developer, Larry has consulted with numerous clients over the years, providing advice on real estate disposition, site selection, financing options, joint venture capitalization and structured workouts. Larry's past experience includes being a CPA for Eide Bailly, followed by founder and president of Plaza Development Company.
