He brings to Roku a deep understanding of the media and technology world coupled with extensive legal experience across all facets of corporate law. Before Roku, Steve was at Hogan Lovells where he is the managing partner of the Los Angeles office and a co-leader of the firm's global Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) industry sector team.

Erik has more than 24 years of global business experience in consumer electronics, financial services and Internet commerce, with specific expertise in strategic development, financial planning and analysis and mergers and acquisitions. Before Roku, Erik was appointed senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer at Logitech in September 2009. While at Logitech, he was responsible for the company’s financial strategies and worldwide finance organization.
Scott de Haas joined Roku in 2011 as vice president of hardware engineering. Scott oversees all hardware development, including sustaining and production activities. Scott has 20 years of experience in the consumer electronics and telecom industries, designing products and custom silicon solutions for low and very high-volume applications. Prior to Roku, Scott held several hardware engineering positions during his six years at 2Wire and Pace. He managed the silicon development team until 2009 when it was sold to Broadcom and then managed hardware engineering until the acquisition by Pace.
