Description

Ken’s goal is to turn RoleModel into a company that can continue to provide great service to its clients, build on its core values, and outlive him in doing so. Though his initial focus has been on building a team of capable Software Craftsman, his focus is now on transforming RoleModel into a company that is more full-service. He has added User Experience and Designers to the team over the last few years, and broadened the Leadership Team.

Join a talented team creating innovative software for visionary customers. RoleModel Software is a world-class custom software development shop dedicated to delivering the highest quality software while cultivating a work environment where community, family, learning and mentoring flourish. For over 17 years, we have been industry leaders in agile development, pushing the envelope on software craftsmanship and inspiring others to do the same. We are looking for the person who will make us leaders in our design efforts as well.

Paul has been involved in a variety of systems including conference management, automotive diagnostics, electronic medical records, preventative medical diagnostics, cattle auctions, online directory management, and more. Paul has used a lot of technologies to build web sites and has built a variety of tools for building and maintaining web sites. He has worked with Austin Taylor to create a true WYSIWYG editor and simple content management system to help greatly increase the flexibility and maintainability of web sites managed by a group of non-technical volunteers on a non-trivial web site.

RoleModel Software's UX Assessment Package is designed to produce a set of recommendations for taking an existing app, website, or piece of software to the next level of usability and engagement. We will identify steps to address potential mobile users. Our dedicated UX team draws upon years of experience in designing, testing, and refining applications to identify usability issues and recommend realistic solutions.

Jeremy initially explored programming in java through multiple robotics competitions. After desiring to broaden his knowledge, he participated in the Software Craftsmanship Academy. This has worked to expand his experience in both programming and working for a software company. Jeremy is now working with RoleModel as a Jr. Developer under the guidance of older Craftsmen.
