"I have been working with Juana Richerson of ROLINC Staffing since early November 2007. With the Christmas Holidays in front of me, I needed to move hundreds of orders out the door to meet customer demand prior to Christmas. As such I had upwards of 78 temp employees that Juana provided to my company. Juana was instrumental in meeting my demand for the large number of qualified temp employees that allowed me to meet this demand. I have found Juana to be very customer focused, with excellent follow up and follow through skills. I never had to inquire of the status of an order. Juana has a unique ability to respond to almost any request as well as providing quality people at a moments notice. In addition Juana and her staff monitored the attendance and or employee issues and proactively worked any issues that arose freeing me up to manage the business. Other staffing companies that I had contracted out at the time I found to be high maintenance and I no longer utilize their services. When I moved the organization from 78 to 44 temp employees Juana was supportive and understanding again insuring I had the right mix of employees that supported the business needs.
