we built it. Ronning Enterprises was founded in 1956 to create quality, affordable housing developments for first-time home buyers. Over 50 years and over 50 neighborhoods later, we’ve learned a few things. We’ve learned that if you make a quality product and treat people right, they tend to come back over and over again. We’ve learned that there are no such things as short cuts and that a little planning saves a lot of time and headaches. We’ve learned that value is as much about quality as it is price.
