Roger joined REI in 2004 and opened the Charleston branch the same year. He has over 30 years experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry and brings an unyielding desire to provide exceptional service to our clients. This experience has enabled him to communicate effectively with both the client and contractors on each project he manages.

Building owners, facility managers, design professionals and contractors depend on REI’s design and remediation expertise in roofing , waterproofing , building envelope science and pavement management ( see services page ). We provide design review, contract document preparation, project administration and construction monitoring for new construction. For existing facilities, we conduct evaluations, infrared moisture surveys, wind uplift testing and roofing and building envelope asset management.
