RSI performs reviews of the facility on a biannual basis. There are various different roof systems present on the building complex. On roof areas where replacement is required we provide design and quality assurance observation services for new built-up roof assemblies. In addition, RSI works with Architects to provide consulting and details on the new construction of additions to the existing building.

Forensic analysis includes an exhaustive review of all documentation pertinent to the dispute. We examine structures, materials, systems, designs, and installation practices to provide our client the analytical support necessary to defend a construction dispute.
