RCM can assist you by surveying your roof as it pertains to re-roofing and writing a project manual specific to your needs and budget. All project manuals include projected budget, product installation specifications, guidelines for scope of work that will not interrupt the quality of life in your surrounding community, adhere to community security guidelines, and provide a safety program specific to the surrounding community. RCM will recommend several qualified roofing companies from the local community to perform the work as specified in an easy to understand project manual that will be specific to their expertise. After helping you select a qualified roofing company for your project and upon request by you, RCM will stay with you throughout the entire project and provide spot-check inspections of work in progress and approve payment requests made by the selected roofing contractor. References are available upon request. Concerned about the quality of workmanship and/or materials used on your roof? As part of all of our routine inspection and maintenance programs, our annual or bi-annual inspection will include a written report of the condition of your new or old roof, quality of the roof installation and digital photos of any areas of concern. All inspections come in report form to be used as guidelines for repair or to present to your roof installer for corrections. Our past experience is that in most cases, with our help, noted items of concern regarding inferior installation will be corrected at no additional cost by your original roof installer's guaranteed benefits.
