Michael has an active practice in restrictive covenant and employee raiding litigation. He is New England regional counsel to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC and Ameriprise Financial, Inc. Michael has represented numerous other brokerage and financial firms and their recruits in court and in litigation arising from employee transitions. Michael has extensive injunction experience in court and before FINRA and has litigated many issues arising from the Securities Industry’s Protocol for Broker Recruiting.

Meredith Wilson Doty joined Rose, Chinitz & Rose in 2006. Meredith's practice is concentrated in the fields of complex business litigation, securities litigation, employment litigation and white collar criminal defense. Meredith's business litigation practice includes the representation of publicly and privately held corporations and individuals in disputes regarding breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary obligations, business torts and alleged violations of securities laws. Meredith also represents clients in employment and malpractice disputes.
