The agency has grown to include branch offices in Rome City, IN established in 1988 and Huntertown, IN established in 2000. Smurr has been in the Rome City office for 7 years. Before that she worked for 8 years in Auburn at the Farm Bureau insurance office. "I like working for an independent agent because we have more options for customers, and our customers love that", said Smurr. Among the things Carrie loves to do is watch college basketball, all teams. March Madness puts her in heaven. She also loves to watch football and pays for NFL ticket.
