Andrew D’Addio, CLU, ChFC, has joined Rosenbaum Financial as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Andrew, a seasoned practice management and business development expert with more than 20 years of industry experience worked directly with Ameritas general agents and advisors to provide practice management solutions in an effort to help them achieve greater levels of success through marketing, succession planning, human capital and operational considerations.

We provide disability insurance for the majority of Oregon's real estate brokers, who are independent contractors and traditionally very difficult to insure.

As we continue to work with our business owner clients regarding succession and continuity issues, I am reminded of a situation with a longtime client regarding his pending retirement. He’s a solid planner when it comes to running his business. His business remained profitable despite the economic downturn in 2008, and he and his board members put a lot of thought behind their leadership succession plan. Together they identified the next line of management and prepared the corporation financially to facilitate the transfer.
