The Louis A. Roser Company is the oldest Industrial Refrigeration Contractor in North America. Our Ammonia and Halocarbon experience in the food processing, cold storage and recreational industries is extensive - providing Design, Install, Service and Parts for all your industrial refrigeration requirements. As a "Design-Build" contractor we are able to fulfill your needs by providing On-Time and Within Budget completion of your construction project. We have worked in nearly every state of the Union as well as Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Our design teams are mechanical engineers and system designers with upwards of 38 years of ammonia refrigeration experience. Although all systems are designed differently, with the customer in mind, our concentration is the same. We focus on four key principles to our work: High Efficiency Lower power requirements results in lower operational cost for the end user. -Low Capital Investment Multiple design scenarios exist for any system. We're dedicated to finding the least expensive one to fit your needs. -Safety All systems are designed in accordance to national and local codes and industry practices. We can also assist in preparing your company's Process Safety Management (PSM) plan for OSHA and Risk Management Plan (RMP) for the EPA. -Reliability Your satisfaction with the refrigeration system we deliver is our highest priority. We will warrant your system for one year to ensure you are operating at the level you desire. We also offer remote system monitoring and 24 hour emergency service response. We have also been the specialist in custom designed deep chilling or Liquid Freeze Systems since 1954. Our patented systems are individually built of stainless steel to customers' specific needs for chilling and freezing vacuum packed poultry and other fresh and frozen meat products. Customers see considerable cost savings on power and labor costs through the elimination of blast freezers and double handling.
