R/DA provides all phases of design services, from planning through construction completion, with careful consideration of our client’s goals, objectives and budget throughout the process. Our design approach is one of the main reasons that many of our clients keep coming back to us. We come to the table with ears and minds open, with no pre-conceived solutions. Ross/Deckard Architects (R/DA) was established in 1996, and our goal has consistently been to provide a thorough range of services to meet our client’s needs and to keep them coming back for more. We can happily state that the majority of our clients have been valued, long term clients that continue to work with us on project after project.

For more than 13 years, Jonathan has provided exceptional design and production skills for R/DA. As an Intern Architect directly out of design school, he adapted to the office environmental well, and his level of design and management skills surpassed expectations for an entry level designer.

Simply stated, our philosophy is to keep our clients happy by designing projects that meet your needs. Our goal of client satisfaction is top priority. Our firm’s principals are involved in the daily activities of each of their projects, and all our team members constantly interact with each other and with our consultants to ensure things run smoothly. Communication is key, not only among ourselves, but also with you, our valued client.

With over a decade of experience in the design and construction fields, Adam has amassed a comprehensive understanding of documentation, presentation and management operations for various residential and commercial design and construction applications. He is eager to contribute these skills to R/DA's design team and share his commitment to design, sustainability and community service.
