Heidi L. Snyder is a Partner with the Firm and has been practicing in the field of immigration and nationality law since 1997. Ms. Snyder's practice is concentrated in business immigration, with particular experience securing nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for executives, managers, professional workers, physicians, and foreign healthcare workers. She has extensive experience working with multinational companies, as well as smaller start-up companies and non-profit organizations.

Marianne Staniunas is an Associate with the Firm. She has been practicing law since 2004, and exclusively in the field of immigration law since the beginning of 2009. Ms. Staniunas' practice ranges from business immigration to asylum and deportation cases and related family immigration matters. She has experience in securing nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1B and O-1 petitions and permanent residence applications via PERM and EB-1 petitions. Ms. Staniunas has successfully represented numerous asylum-seekers in interviews with U.S.

RS represents individuals who wish to apply for permanent residence based on a qualifying relationship to a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident family member. In addition to straightforward cases, our attorneys have significant experience in successfully representing family-based applicants whose cases are complicated by past immigration difficulties, criminal concerns or other potential impediments to admission to the U.S. as a permanent resident.
