Carl Roth founded the firm in 1979 after 10 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, including three years with a "Big Eight" accounting firm. Sherill Spellman joined the firm in 1986 as a staff accountant and became a partner in 1993. Although the proliferation of computers has done much to alter the methods by which information is processed, the basic tenets of business remain unchanged. Thus, by working closely with clients, Roth and Spellman has been able to build a successful operation by combining personal service and expertise with the newest technology.

Doris Newman , staff accountant, is a graduate of Hunter College in New York.. She concentrates on the monthly accounting and payroll services, as well as corporate tax returns, for a varied clientele. She has been working with many of the same clients for more than 20 years.

We provide comprehensive computerized payroll services to small and mid-size companies in a confidential and cost effective manner. This service includes signature ready checks with year to date information and payroll reports delivered to you timely. All quarterly, year end, and W-2 forms are prepared at no additional cost.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and other parties who must use that information to provide services to you. Their right to further disclose and use the information is limited by our employee code of conduct, applicable law, our Code of Professional Conduct and nondisclosure agreements where appropriate.
