Ardenwood Plaza consisted of a 40,000 square foot shopping center. A local real estate developer that had used our company services previously, hired Roy Associates to provide project management when the original general contractor was unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances. Our firm was successful in bringing back all the sub-contactors back on the job and the project was completed to the satisfaction of the City of Fremont.
