In order to provide the most efficient service possible, please take a minute to review our art requirements. We run a Mac-based Art Department. If you are supplying your own art, we prefer Illustrator CS3 or HiRes PDFs, however, we do utilize the following programs: -If you are a CAD based customer, please export the files as .dxf or .dwg so they may be opened directly into Illustrator and send hard-copy printouts as conversion into AI may result in "reflow."
