Being motorcycle enthusiasts, we spent a great deal of time and money on this sport. Over the years, contending with the local dealers, finding impersonal service, and over the top prices, we turned to on line merchants. We soon discovered this wasn't much better. Yes, you could find better pricing, but the faceless person on the other end of the phone and e-mails with the " yeah no problem we will take care of it"answers, but not delivering was not an answer to the service issue.
