Rural Health Inc is a FTCA Deemed, private non-profit community health center located in Southern Illinois. We provide primary care to individuals and families throughout their lives, including obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric medicine. We have four primary care sites, a school-based center at AJ High School and a dental clinic. Our mission is to provide quality health care to patients, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid and have a sliding fee discount for the uninsured.
