This 68 unit 177,000 square foot independent senior living complex offers six levels of high-end living space situated above a two level parking garage. The upper floor features a plaza roof terrace overlooking downtown Columbus. The fully sprinklered structure utilizes concrete auger cast piles, grade beam foundations, and post-tensioned floor slabs. The building envelope consists of aluminum clad wood windows and storefront complimented by a brick and curtain wall façade accented with metal roof components.

This 205,000 square foot renovation turned an existing warehouse into an energy efficient office and distribution building. While gaining the efficiency of a LEED® Gold certified project, the new building also gained the status of becoming a Level One Emergency facility. This project obtained LEED® points for water efficient landscaping, construction waste management, low VOC materials, and several other features.
