The Rushmore Group, LLC is located in South Dakota and maintains offices in both Vermillion and Pierre. Rushmore was formed to provide business process reengineering, education and training, management consulting and project assessment, evaluation, and management services to both business and governmental entities. Our members and staff are professionals from all aspects of the business world including f ormer Food Stamp officials, accountants, programmers, and statistical analysts. Rushmore has achieved its outstanding record and distinguished reputation not only through hard work but also through our extensive experience. We focus on providing practical, understandable, and useful assistance that addresses the on-going management and operational issues facing these entities from both an operational and a strategic standpoint. Rushmore's expertise is concentrated in and directed at the diverse needs that accompany business process improvement projects including assistance in the areas of Health and Human Services; Education/Training; Management Consulting; Business Process Improvement; and Research within both traditional and technology-enabled environments.
