Our 33-34 3-Window body features an angled chop with the windshield laid back to give it a more streamlined appearance which screams HOT ROD! We provide a fiberglass roof inner structure so no headroom is lost due to the stylish angle chop. It can be built with a filled or functional cowl vent for those people who choose not to run A/C. The firewall is recessed to accept even the biggest motor. The doors are hung using hidden hinges which utilize brass bushings to ensure years of quite, smooth and trouble free operation. The floor is ribbed with a built in trans tunnel. One of the best features of this body is the fiberglass inner structure system. This system includes multiple components that are bonded to the interior to add both strength and appearance. This feature comes standard in our bodies where other companies charge hundreds of dollars extra for such features. STANDARD FEATURES : Bonded Double Wall Construction : With use of a fiberglass inner structure system, the multiple panels are bonded in place to fully reinforce the body. Because the panels are constructed of fiberglass, they will bond to the exterior shell to create a finished interior.

To stay with the Salt Flat theme we also channeled the body 2� and raised the rear wheel opening 3� to allow the car to have a low sleek appearance while still maintaining rear tire clearance. To help give the car a more streamline appearance we dropped the front cowl at the rocker panel to help cover the frame. Our goal at Russ Nomore Streetrods is to build quality streetrod products at a very competitive price. We are continuously designing new products as well as developing new technics of constructing our existing products. Our fiberglass products are considered to be some of the best on the market. We use blended resins and gelcoats when we are manufacturing our fiberglass bodies and parts so that they holdup to increased surface temperatures. We use little or no wood in the construction of our bodies. All of our reinforcement is achieved through the use of a bonded Fiberglass Inner Structure System combined with a steel package.All doors and decklids are glued in precision glue fixtures to ensure proper alignment time after time. All bodies are assembled on chassis jigs or the customers chassis to reduce or eliminate the use of shims to gain alignment. All of the brackets and other steel parts used in our products are designed utilizing Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) to ensure a properly functioning part with very tight tolerances, they are cut and folded using CNC controlled lasers and brakes to maintain these tolerances.

Also included is a steel dash bar and steel reinforcement for the B Pillars. The dash is a smooth/filled style and is installed. The trunk is hinged using fully adjustable hinges.
