I recently purchased a Russell saddel for my BMW Adventure sidecar outfit. I am handicapped, and find stock saddles unmercifully painful. I have purchased used bikes with Russell saddles in the past, but this was my first new saddle. Your Customer Service Representative was very friendly and helpful, and when my saddle arrived, I was extremely satisfied. Sinse the saddle was installed, I have ridden over 5,000 pain-free miles in excellent comfort, and my saddle has exceeded my expectations in every way.
