Former owner of SABSA, a Florida Import/Export Corporation. Former Director of Channels for the Baan Company. Former Latin America Director of Sales for Lucent Technologies and CSG Systems, both companies dedicated to the Telecommunications Software Industry. Work experience included the negotiation of international contracts with major corporations such as the Verizon Company, AT&T, Bellsouth, Telefonica, etc. Before joining Russell Law, I was the US and Latin America General Manager for Cape Technologies , a revenue assurance solutions company based in Ireland . Broad range of experience in many business matters. Specific experience in business development, and contract negotiation.

My practice philosophy is simple. I strive every day to provide my clients with prompt, personal and professional service. This means I keep my clients informed as to the status of their legal case. I respond to all client communications quickly, often on the same day. My goal is to educate and guide my clients as to the law and their options. Only with this information can you make an informed decision on how to proceed. Finally, I do not treat my clients like they are a business transaction. The goal for each case is to resolve it in the most efficient and affordable manner possible. There are no nickel and dime billing practices. Unlike most law firms, clients are not charged for copies, faxes, postage or legal research service fees. Because of my practice philosophy, I take pride in the fact that nearly every experience I have had with a client and opposing counsel has been a positive one.

Born and raised in Lima , Peru. I obtained a Business Administration degree from the University of Lima and have over fifteen-years of experience in International Business affairs. After completing business school, I founded a Miami based Import/Export corporation to supply mining equipment to Latin America . Moved on to the computer software industry working for global companies such as The Baan Company, Lucent Technologies, CSG Systems and Ireland based Cape Technologies were I oversaw the US and Latin American Market as a General Manager. Currently working on business development for Russell Law as well as client relations, accounting and billing, and special projects.
