Ms. Lemel received a BS degree in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, while studying business management at The Wharton School. She began her career at the New York Stock Exchange—a highlight was her participation in the NYSE news conference for President Ronald Reagan. Amy later joined the New York Institute of Finance where she analyzed product and market trends. She progressed to Marketing Director for one of the major national accounting firms and later launched a consultancy providing complex strategy services to financial clientele.

Mr. Bhatia joined Russell Stephens' New York office with 12 years of transaction experience in both middle market and Fortune-500 lending, from top-rated global banks and investment firms. After receiving his MBA from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business, Gyan began his career gaining significant experience as a credit analyst and then graduated to relationship manager positions. As a Global Corporate Banker, he originated and negotiated transactions involving Global Trade Finance and Asset-Based Lending for investment grade and non-investment grade corporates.
