Russell T. Bundy - Founder Russell T. Bundy is one of the most prominent people in the baking industry. He began his career with Ekco/Glaco, then a leading manufacturer of baking pans and coating services. By age 25, Russ rose to become the company's National Sales Manager. Russ's entrepreneurial spirit soon beckoned him to launch RTB, the first company of what would become Bundy Baking Solutions and its 6 family brands.

The Bundy Baking Museum collection began in 1972 during museum founder Russell T. Bundy's visit to Newport News, Virginia. He was helping to dismantle a bakery there and salvaged some of the bakery's old signs from being discarded. He continued from that point forward to preserve baking industry memorabilia and eventually dedicated an entire building in Urbana, Ohio at the corporate headquarters of Bundy Baking Solutions to house his collection.
