Rutledge Builders, a family-owned Northwest Louisiana custom home builder, has built a strong reputation on the quality and efficiency of our homes and the impression made in the lives of our customers. A Rutledge custom built home turns dreams into reality. John Rutledge, owner/builder for 14 years, conducts business with a very hands-on approach. This translates to on-site daily visits, thorough and frequent interaction with subcontractors which improves communication and guarantees optimum results!

Before launching Rutledge Builders , John worked in various capacities with homebuilding and remodeling companies. In 2004, Rutledge Builders was established and since then the company has completed nearly 100 residential home remodels and several commercial remodel projects. Rutledge Builders has built over 75 homes inclduding spec homes and custom builds. Rutledge Builders has also constructed commercial buildings. This wealth of experience opens many doors and allows our team to provide valuable insight into best practices and procedures.

Rutledge Builders will assist in locating a lot for your home, or build on your previously purchased land. We can also transform your vision into a custom floor plan; turning your dream home into a reality. This reality will come with no financial surprises; before, during or after the house is built. Rutledge Builders can estimate all needed expenses within 1%. By making all selections prior to groundbreaking, the build process is more efficient and cost effective. Your dream home will be completed in 3-5 months, depending on the square footage.
