The MC3B three-axis motor stepper motor controller/driver allows full independent or synchronous control over three bipolar or unipolar stepper motors. Holding and running currents of up to 2A/phase are selectable via the convenient RS-232 serial interface. Six independently assignable home/limit switch inputs are provided. High-quality detachable terminal blocks are provided for quick connect/disconnect. A concise, well-documented serial command set, along with a simple PC-based motor control application (source code provided) makes setup a breeze. Solenoid control. The SC5 solenoid controller can drive five independent solenoids at 4A each. User selectable peak-and-hold timing and PWM frequency allows for reduced heating of solenoids over a wide range of operating voltages. Control of solenoids can be performed by using concise, well-documented ASCII commands via the RS-232 interface. Alternatively, the solenoids can be controlled directly via 3.3V (5V tolerant) logic-level inputs.
