The S&BI Land Development Services Team has provided the expertise necessary for some of the most prominent projects in the Southwest and Gulf Coast Region. Previous projects range from large private development projects, including single and multi-family communities, to golf course developments, large master-planned communities, commercial, retail, large office projects, and parks.Our planning professionals are a cornerstone to the overall success of the Land Development Services Team within S&BI. The Planning Department is responsible for all facets of master planning and entitlements.

Our projects have ranged in size from several thousands of dollars to many projects in excess of $100 MM. Our firm has over 3,500 engineers, technicians and field staff. Early on in its development, SBI recognized that the proper control systems needed to be put in place to ensure that each project was delivered as promised. To accomplish that goal, an in-house program was developed that has been in constant refinement for the last 30 years and today is one of the most sophisticated project control systems in operation today.
