Ginny has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. In her most recent role, Ginny served as the Vice President of Marketing for Parata Systems, where she led the development of both a marketing and product management team. Prior to Parata,she served as the Director of Marketing at Allscripts where she was responsible for clinical and business solutions marketing for the company's Acute Segment. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of other leadership roles, including Global Director of Online Marketing for QlikTech International. Ginny has a BA from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Duke University.

Nir Tzur is a seasoned technologist and business executive specializing in building and managing world-class development organizations. Tzur's background includes more than 15 years of experience in various senior R&D management roles, latest as VP R&D at Aternity, during which time he was responsible for streamlining R&D processes and increasing organizational and technological agility while building and managing multiple research and development centers globally. Tzur has held senior R&D management positions at BMC Software, Veritas Software, Precise Software, and Symantec. Tzur earned his MBA from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and his B.S. in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
