We specialize in residential remodeling driven by our clients’ priorities. Our company was founded in 1999 from one carpenter’s exceptional ability to find innovative remodeling solutions. He knew many homeowners were abandoning their hopes of more and better living space because contractors had told them “It can’t be done.” He also knew homeowners were investing large amounts of their time, money, and dreams planning projects they could not afford to build. They were victims of an outdated protocol: developing a complete design and only then enlisting a builder to price the work.

I am a tile sub-contractor and have worked with Sid on a number of residential projects over the last 6 or so years. I have been in business for 25 years and during that time have worked for many G.C.s. Without reservation, I would say Sid Baxter is one of the best contractors both to work for and to be associated with. His projects are well-organized, he is a direct and respectful communicator both with the subs and with the clients, he is ethical and honest, and, above all, his work is of a very high quality.
