SCA Environmental, Inc. was established in 1992 as a multi-disciplinary firm offering a family of interrelated services in the fields of environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering, and laboratory analyses. SCA 's goal is to minimize our Clients' liability and cost exposure related to asbestos, lead-based paint, and other hazardous materials. Our inspection services are designed to produce reliable, defensible data, and to avoid change orders and other surprises during construction.

SCA is providing environmental services on multiple phases of the Golden Gate Bridge Lead Clean-up & Seismic Retrofit Project, including preparation of a Site Specific Health and Safety Plan, Lead Compliance Plan, and Mitigation Plan as well as provided asbestos and lead awareness and HAZWOPR training and air monitoring services.

Mr. Siu is the President and Chief Executive Officer of SCA. Mr. Siu acts as Principal-In-Charge on large-scale investigations, remedial projects, and audits. Mr. Siu is a recognized expert in environmental management, with over 35 years of experience.
