The mission of the Educational Services department is to provide our customers with the knowledge essential for successful job performance. We provide a full spectrum of learning solutions to address all of your education needs.

Jaclyn earned her BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Finance from the University of South Florida, Tampa in 2009. She was a member of the National Honors Society and plans to return to school for her Masters degree. With five years of diverse experience as an assistant manager in the health and beauty services industry, Jaclyn joined SCC in 2010. She is the Administrative Assistant to Don Keller, Vice President of Global Education and Marketing Manager.

Mount Sinai’s selection of SCC Soft Computer was based in part on SCC’s experience in creating LIS applications that address the specific needs of researchers, clinicians, and diagnosticians in teaching hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and non-profit research centers.

SCC is an approved provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the American Society of Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS) P.A.C.E. Program (Professional Acknowledgment for Continuing Education). P.A.C.E. provides a means for recording credits that Clinical Laboratory Professionals earn by attending continuing education programs to maintain and enhance their competence.
