The Scott Technology Group, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Giles Scott, who began the company out of his garage with the vision of providing the type of copier repair service he knew other local businesses wanted. Giles had become disenchanted with the corporate approach while working as a service manager at a national copier chain. In an effort to drive profits, the chain had eliminated many of its technicians and it was taking four days for the service department to respond to down machines.

We present an evolved approach to the traditional copier buying decision. Not only does our equipment copy-it can also scan, store, send, print, and do it all with a few simple customizable buttons and software packages. Our company is a proud sponsor of DocuWare, which is an established document management system with over 10,000 installations worldwide.
