Managing Director Pam joined SCS Financial Services in 2013 with over 10 years of experience in the investment business. Pam is a Senior Client Advisor in the Private Client Group and is responsible for the direction of the New York City based private client team. As a Senior Client Investment Advisor, she works with families to develop customized investment strategies that meet their needs, integrates those investment strategies within the family's broader wealth management architecture, and identifies wealth management planning opportunities for clients. Prior to joining SCS, she was a Director of Portfolio and Wealth Advisory at BBR Partners, a multifamily office in New York where she advised multigenerational families. Before that, Pam was an investment advisor at Morgan Stanley in their Private Wealth Management Group, managing investment portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations. Pam graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received her MBA from the Harvard Business School. She serves on the Board of Directors of Girls Incorporated of New York City.
Founder and Senior Client Investment Advisor Bill joined SCS Financial Services in 2002. He has over 18 years of experience in the investment business. Bill works with families to develop customized investment strategies that meet their needs including investment portfolio design, the coordination of estate plans, cash flow planning and real estate investment oversight. Prior to joining SCS, Bill was a Vice President with Scudder, Stevens & Clark. Bill received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant College.
Founder and Senior Client Investment Advisor Steve co-founded SCS Financial Services in 2002. He has over 26 years of experience in the investment business. As a Senior Client Investment Advisor, he works with families to develop customized investment strategies that meet their needs, integrates those investment strategies within the family's broader wealth management architecture, and identifies wealth management planning opportunities for clients. Before SCS, Steve was an Executive Vice President and Board Member of Atlantic Trust Company, N.A. (formerly Pell Rudman) and was named Partner of its parent company, AMVESCAP plc. Upon his arrival, Steve founded Pell Rudman's Client Strategies Group, which oversaw global asset allocation strategy and the multi-manager investment program for family office clients. Steve began his career in the trust department of Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City and later served as portfolio manager in the asset management division of Shearson Lehman Hutton, the predecessor to Smith Barney. He also spent several years in private law practice. Steve is the founding board chair of LIFT-Boston.
Founder and Senior Client Investment Advisor Tony co-founded SCS Financial Services in 2002. He has over 14 years of experience in the investment business. As a Senior Client Investment Advisor, he works with families to develop customized investment strategies that meet their needs, integrates those investment strategies within the family's broader wealth management architecture, and identifies wealth management planning opportunities for clients. Prior to SCS, he was a Vice President in the Private Wealth Management Group of Goldman Sachs and part of a team responsible for the oversight and management of nearly $2 billion in assets. Before this, he worked in Fixed Income Trading and Research at Merrill Lynch. Tony began his career at Biogen, Inc. as a process engineer. Tony is actively involved in Year Up, a Boston based non-profit focused on empowering urban young adults. He also sits on the Board of the Bowdoin College Athletic Fund and the Board of the West Suburban YMCA in Newton. Tony earned a B.A. in Biochemistry from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Senior Client Investment Advisor Brian joined SCS Financial Services in 2004. He has over 15 years of experience in the investment business. Brian works with families to develop customized investment strategies that meet their needs including investment portfolio design, the coordination of estate plans, cash flow planning and real estate investment oversight. Prior to joining SCS, he was a Senior Vice President at Pell Rudman Trust Company (now Atlantic Trust Company) and a Client Service Manager in BankBoston's Trust department. He volunteers his time for causes related to pancreatic cancer and raising awareness for pancreatic cancer research. He earned a B.A. in History and Spanish from the College of Holy Cross and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
