Our preconstruction services department is dedicated to partnering with our clients and their design teams to provide a comprehensive and integrated program that will evaluate and answer critical questions prior to the start of construction and contract documents.

We are frequently asked at the early stages of a project to assist in determining whether the project is viable. Our 30 years of experience in the construction business allows us to provide accurate insight into costs and alternative building systems.

We are committed to federal contracting. All managers as well as our staff have experience working with federal requirements. We have approved Mentor-Protégé agreements with small business firms, allowing us to service a variety of projects throughout the western United States.

Our safety program is embedded in our company culture and, while we have demonstrated an excellent safety record over the years, we recognize that safety must be reinforced on a daily basis to remain successful. Our commitment to send each person home safely every day requires participation from all personnel. This dedication to safety directly contributes to the wellbeing and productivity of our people and the overall success of our projects.
