As President of SIAA Northwest, Lee is responsible for developing the 15 states of Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Lee has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience concentrated in new product development, sales and marketing in the Northwestern states.

Mark understands the business conditions that affect the insurance industry and is dedicated to preserving and growing the independent agent. As Regional President, Mark is actively assisting local agents in Florida and Puerto Rico through SIAA’s insurance agency distribution alliance.

The SIAA alliance concept began with the creation of the Satellite Agency Network Group (SAN Group) in 1983 which became the first Master Agency. The idea was to create a Master Agency Profit Center to grow Masiello Insurance Agency, located in Southwestern NH without using agency cash or borrowing to buy agencies, fund producers (every Independent Insurance Agency owner has their own Producer stories), invest in branch offices or give up independence by merging.
