, has over thirty years of real estate experience in Commercial Real Estate with an emphasis on Investment Real Estate. Thirty-five years experience doing Mortgage Banking, Steve was a former banker and a managing partner of a conduit lender in New York, he specialized in closing long term loans for borrowers needing to finance or refinance their commercial buildings. He successfully completed his designation into becoming a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) - only 5% of all real estate brokers across the country have this prestigious designation. In April 2007 Steve became a member of SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors), an exclusive organization representing Office and Industrial users. SIOR is comprised of a very select group that prides themselves on integrity, honesty, and ethics. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors. Steve holds a commercial real estate license in Missouri, and Illinois. He has substantial knowledge in using the latest technology to provide a full range of consulting services for acquisitions and dispositions of real estate.
