University of New Hampshire Parsons Hall The 150,000 s.f., 2-story facility houses UNH's chemistry department and includes wet and dry laboratories, classrooms and office space. SMRT is providing commissioning services for MEP and building management systems. Due to partial occupancy throughout renovations, the project is being delivered in five phases, one being the construction of a 5,000 s.f. addition to house mechanical equipment, which allows infrastructure work, fit-up and occupants to coexist.
